not happy when high

  1. I'm starting to realize the anxiety I get when I'm high is related to the fact that I haven't felt really happy after smoking in a while. Does this mean I'm depressed or that I should stop smoking? I've got a lot on my mind at the moment could that have anything to do with it?
  2. This would probably be better in seasoned tokers. But maybe you're just burnt out on smoking? Maybe take a t-break for a couple weeks or a month

  3. Yea I was considering another lengthy break anyway so maybe that is the best idea.

    I was also thinking its a blood sugar issue since I smoke cigs with weed and they both lower your bood sugar.
  4. should do something more exciting after you smoke. live life, be happy, do something crazy.

  7. I also felt the same way last year, but that was because I was smoking with some fake ass people. It was never fun smoking up with them, I just didn't feel like they were worth chilling with, not going to go into detail but... yeah. Your thoughts, environment, and the people you're with is the major problem.
  8. Eat a lot of fruits they help out a lot. :)
  9. Eat an apple when you're high. It'll work wonders. It'll hydrate you and restore body sure. :D
  10. maybe try sum diffrent named strains if possible?

    You might just not be smoking what would work best for you?
  11. Try a different strain. A good sativa will do you... I recently smoked Critical and Jack Emerald (Jack Herrer X Emeral OG Kush), and they're both really strong sativas which are perfect for handling anxiety and stress.

    Has great information on a lot of different strains, including locations to the nearest dispensories that carry the given strain.
  12. What do you think about when you're high? It's all about being in control of your mind, become aware of your thoughts, the second you find yourself thinking about something negative just take a few deep breathes, focus on youre breathing too while youre doing it (abdominal breathing works wonders), and then shift your thought to a positive.

    start meditating.. I was going thru the exact same thing you're going thru up until a couple weeks ago, I would get severe anxiety almost every smoke session, then I got into yoga/meditation, I haven't felt that way since.
