Not another tolerance break thread, right? but yes.

  1. Alright so you're probably thinking "christ, hasn't this guy read all the other threads about tolerance breaks?" well yeah actually...but i have a couple different factors that I am bringing into play.

    I am on day 4 of a 2 week tolerance break...maybe one week lol. But anyways I have a couple questions about it.

    1) How much of a difference is there between a 1 week break and a 2 week break?
    2) Seeing as how I work out everyday, whether it be running a couple/many miles or lifting, I have an extremely fast metabolism, and Im drinking water/green tea like a mofo....will I need two weeks for my tolerance break? or will 1 week be sufficient due to those factors?
    3)When I come back from my break should I vape or smoke?

    Oh...I should probably mention how long and how much I smoke. Ive been smoking for a year, used to be weekly, lately its been every other day ish. And just this last week it was everyday, sometimes multiple times a day.

    someone should search for a thread about how to properly search for threads.

    There is no definite answer when it comes to how long THC stays in your system. I could be completely clear in 1 week where you may need 1 month...everyones bodies react differently to things..marijuana is no different.

    1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks...no one fucking knows how long your gonna need. And even if we did there's no way for you to be able to tell..

    Here's how a tolerance break works...you quit for a few weeks or months..however long you feel like quitting. Then you smoke and get really high..

    Now once again..there's no way for any person on this forum to know how marijuana works with your body..so no one is gonna have a clue if it takes 1 week or 2 weeks to get out of your system..but if you need someone to guess then do a search and read one of the billions of threads where people ask questions just like yours. Any answers you get on here are just guesses or other peoples personal experiences...which don't apply to you because you have no way of knowing if your body processes weed the same as theirs...so 3 weeks for them could be 5 weeks for you..
     
  6. How about Try 1 week, if you don't think it's enough, add another week, repeat? I mean thats kinda obvious...

  8. hey man i just started my t-break too im only on my first day though so ive got more coming for me as the days roll on but keep it going man itll be good for ya!
    wish you mad luck its so hard for me to stop smoking and thats only when i cant afford bags for like 2-3 days max now im going 30+ so wish me luck too bro

    all i gotta know is, why so long? did you straight up quit or is this just a prolonged t-break?
     
  11. take a week off then vap a little and if you don't get ripped, add another week. Rinse and repeat. It's not rocket science people!
