I have two feminized northern light germing right now this is my second grow but my first scrog what size screen do u think is a good size my space is 33 inches by 6 ft so should I use just a 3x3 or 3x4 or what I have a 600w hps ffof soil and liquid nutes so any info will help guys thx again

Standard screens for 600 is 3.45 x 3.45 2x2" holes. 3x3 would probably be fine since it's your first scrog. There is a scrog sticky on this sub forum that explains a lot.
Make sure you leave yourself some access space so you can get in there to train the plants. You'll be surprised how short your arms are/how hard it is to manipulate plants when you're reaching blindly, especially if your working from a doorway (as in a closet grow). If you give each plant a 2' x 1' (so for two plants 2' x 2' total), with a 2" sq. screen, you'd give each plant 72 budsites. That's a bunch.
