I've attached two pictures of one of my Jock Horror AF, they are just test plants under a t5 panel & 3 - 23watt CFL and was wondering if this is an acceptable amount of growth for around week time..
Definite female as well...has preflowers. I love the little white hairs , hopefully they can move under my 1000watt HPS light for flower if I've moved by then. Can't set my tent up, until then. (preflowers are hard to see due to them being directly under new top, I'll update in a few days.)
Growth looks good, but preflowers do not show that early - are you sure they aren't stipule? The stipule are circled, you can see the preflowers with the pistils next to them.
I'm not a moron, and little white hairs are pretty obvious. I didn't think they should of been there this early, I'm just not sure what that means? I'd appreciate you're input though, and I'm digging your grows outcomes. I plan on growing Blue Mystic, Blackberry, Urban Poison in my tent once I've settled into my new home. 2 of each in 5gal ebb & flow. Under 1000w MH & switching to the 1000w HPS
I never called you a moron - it's actually a common mistake new growers make. It simply means they're sexually mature. Still an odd occurrence, though.
I understand you weren't calling me a moron, I do apologize if that came off as a rude remark though. All three of them are showing female at this time. It would be cool if they showed sexually maturity this early AND flowered under 24hours of light like a true auto
Wow that early and she showed sex? It usually takes 21 to 25 days to show sex and would be a bush by that time. That things a week old. Dam. If be psyched if I were you. Grow her into a bush and clone her. She's a sweet little bitch
Looking at the pic with preflowers. The spacing seems a lot bigger than you'd think from the top view photo. Can you back the camera off and get a pic from the side? I wanna see how tall she is.
This is 1 week? Shit im qt 9 days in a bubbleponics and my plants aren't even showing fanleaves yet, still sprouting
Oh, I didn't realize they were autoflowers. That's still a week or two early, but makes sense. Autoflowers start flowering around week three - they will begin to flower under any lighting. My only worry is that they will flower too early then, leaving too little time to veg - the initial veg growth for autos before they flower is very, very important for the yield.
Here is a 1 week progress animation of my previous grow. They are bagseed and were grown in a mix of Sphagnum peat moss/compost/perlite under about 120 watts of CFLs.
