germinated and put in soil and have em pre-watered and plastic wrap over em. but do i need to put light on it now or wait til it sprouts?
You can do either one. Most people like to have them sprout first, then turn on the lights. Doesn't matter either way, plants sprout during the light cycle and during the night cycle in nature.
once you see green or they break soil start the lights. Dont burn them, they are pretty small and heat fragile during the first 2-3 days.
