    So the bottom one used to be a lot bigger, the whole stem length. 20$

    The top one is just as I got it.
    I was at a festival and everyone was leaving. My friend asked some guy for a cigarette and he gave him that instead. They had to go back to Canada, and didn't want to bring it across the border.
