My order# is 023498, and i ordered a bubbler a few months ago and was sent the wrong one, and i have been having trouble getting a hold of anyone. the last time i got a response to an email was over 2 weeks ago and support doesn;t work either. this forum is the only way i can get a response from. the last email i recieved i was told to send a pic of the bubbler that was sent to me by simon and that i would get my money back or i would get a replacement. I would really like a reply and info about waht is going on. Thank you
