no grasscity support?

    I ordered a mad scientist from here a while back and did not get a bowl or a perc for it. Emailed grasscity twice last weekand have yet to get a response. how long does it usually take for them to get back to you?

    Should normally have got back by now. Have you contacted Superjoint directly?
