    So does anyone know how the bill in NJ is going for medicinal marijuana?

    It passed nearly a year ago. But the damn governor is being a prick about actually setting up the program.

    Yeah, governor is being an ass, hes making it pretty hard to get the medical card and was saying he only wanted 10% thc in in and all these regulations. When people would just still get off the streets since its more potent. He's a dick
