NJ DYFS drug testing

    I was a victim of false accusation when my ex girlfriend of a friend decided to call DYFS as some kind of...bizzare revenge....for what, I dont know. I havent smoked since i got my visit and this tuesday, the day of my test, will be exactly 30 days i havent smoked weed. I've attempted various detox methods (working out, excessive water, creatine, niacin, detox drinks) and i still MARGINALLY failed the CVS test. I do however have the oppurtunity to get clean urine. My question is...does anyone know if the DUFUS drug test is monitired? Any input is appreciated

    I would say that 30 days clean is a definite pass. I know hardcore smokers who have passed with only a few days clean. The CVS tests are most likely returning inaccurate results. Unless you used to smoke an ounce a day for 10 years I would say you will pass.

    Lol, the former. I passed the test however they've decided on sending my wife and i to outpatient rehab anyway. 16 weeks of classes...out of my pocket.

    I was wondering if anyone knows if DYFS watches you while u take the UT!!!
