lol, just inahle and then exhale it, u dont have to hold it in, and take like 3 chargersand you'll be fuuuucked up
Id say hold it in as long as you can (30 seconds or so) the longer the more nitrous gets into your blood stream. Do this 2 or 3 times and you probably wont be able to again, its not really a hallucinogenic trip, but more of this comfortable buzzing numb feeling. It lasts only like a minute or so though, but then you can do it all over haha

Yes your depriving your brain of nitrous for 30 seconds, but isnt that the point? Plus thats not going to do any damage from such a short amount of time (there are free divers who can for like 5 minutes), also the lack of oxygen makes the effects of the nitrous seem stronger sometimes. You just dont want to hit directly off a cracker, cause that pressure hitting your lungs can damage them and the temperature change (due to the pressure change) can freeze your tongue. The only real bad thing about nitrous is if you do it way too much you get a vitamin B deficiency (I think it's B) and can develop this numb/tingling feeling in your fingers and toes.

Never strap a gas mask to your face while using pure nitrous as it is possible to black out and die from lack of oxygen. Never use a garbage bag as a delivery device. It is possible (and has happened) to black out and suffocate when the bag falls over the nose and mouth. Never open a tank of nitrous in a sealed room, closet, car, or other space. \t [*]Very cold temperatures of the gas can freeze the lips and throat if taken directly from a tank or whippit. Releasing the gas into a balloon first allows the gas to warm before being administered. [*]High levels of pressure may rupture blood vessels in the lungs and force air into the chest cavity, causing the lungs to collapse. This is primarily a problem when nitrous is being administered directly from a tank or other pressurized container. Again, releasing the gas into a balloon first eliminates this risk. [*]Heavy and frequent nitrous use can deplete vitamin B[SIZE=-1]12 in the body and lead to serious and unpleasant neurological problems. Users may experience numbness and tingling in the fingers, toes, lips, etc. In more severe cases, numbness of all extremeties. Taking B[SIZE=-1]12[/SIZE] supplements, especially in combination with multi vitamin and complete amino acid supplements, may help alleviate this problem.
