i ordered 100 ak-48 seeds and 110 wonder womans,they waited a few days and told me they needed a scan of the credit card used to protect them from fraud,i said well its a family members so its kind of a hassle but i understand..so we got that taken care of,then 10 days later my seeds arrived,i thought wow that was fast shipping,till i opened the package…10 seeds!! out of a 210 seed order i got ten!! so i send there help desk a message and asked if i was gonna get 20 more packages,they said they were shocked that i was only sent 10 seeds,i said how are you shocked,you packed and mailed them,so its been a week since the first pack arrived and i havent recieved anymore seeds,i have sent 8 messages to them with no reply,the last one i told them i would just contact my credit card company and have them reverse the charges,anybody here have a clue as to whats going on with them or why they are ignoring me after i paid 500.00 for seeds,ive ordered from hemp depot and had no problems,shipping was alot slower but i got everything i paid for…thanks for any help
i think thats the best move is to contact the credit card company, be honest with them Say: "I received only 1 package containing a small fraction of the quantity of your order" and you "contacted the company and they have so far ignored you" estimate the value of the other 330/500 then that # times 320 = how much you're owed tell the credit card company you'd even be willing to return ship the original item. if they ask you what time of thing you purchased just say "beans" or something small and innocent (unless ur in a med state) best of luck. hopefully they're just absent minded around the holidays and they can't get in touch with the douchebag who mispacked your order.. unless he's got a brand new grow op he needed those seeds for better off growing your own seeds out with some of the most elite genetic seeds you can get next time around.
