I bought some 500mg Flush free Niacin. What the hell is the difference? Its a gel cap with white powder in it, if I dump the powder in water will I have the desired cleansing effect? I dont think its cleaning out my system like the non flush free kind does
Flush free means that you wont get the red, irritated, itchyness effect that regular nicain gives you. Now if you're using this for a drug test then think twice about it. I know I did take it for my drug tests for a new job. I was smokin everyday, then stopped for 3 days, took nicacin those 3 days and drank lots of water, went in for an oral test and passed. Before my test however, I went on a lot of drug testing websites and al told me niacin doesn't help, only hurts your liver in high doses...Believe what you want, may as well try it. Good luck
