    help! how safe is it to buy/recive cannibas seeds over the internet? and does having seeds in ur possesion actaully cont as an offense? ne body have ne idea where i can find out more information about this? especially in relation to uk law..

    HIGH All, Possession and sale of cannabis seeds is legal in the UK however section 6 of the UK Drugs Act 1971 states it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a licence from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned, fined, or both.

    And most seed companies will bill discreetly, on your CC bill (If you choose to use CC which may be unwise, dont use a CC whose billing address is where your growing, that gets risky!) and they will ship discreetly as well, sometimes too discreetly! :) hope that answers a little more of your questoin too...
