40watt cool white flores.bulbs 6 to 8 of them,timer 18hrs on 6off,poting soil/use smaall dixie cups to start mist spray water to dampen top 1inch or so of soil ,dont drench or soak and dont soak 1/2 the soil just top couple inches for first 2weeks.the only problem you shold have is ph of your water and you can post that,with kind of soil if this happens/check out yield-o-ramma grow site....
forgot 1 thing you wont need any more food then poting soil under these lights and if they dont grow its your water ph 99 percent of time plants 3 inches away from flores.check out milly blunts newbie guide at cannabis world in basic section on watering time release poting soils they have to be misted very lightly or wont work not for beginers,use regular poting soil cut in half with perlite with 1 inch of perlite in bottom of container....
