Newbie question: stashing

Discussion in 'Marijuana Stash Box' started by RestlessDickHead, May 1, 2016.

  1. Hey everyone, so I am in fact new to everything, I've only ever smoked a bong three times, so sorry if I sound stupid. So I bought my first g today off a grower in my suburb. I have an airtight, vacuum sealed, stainless steel bottle/container thing. So ive got the mini ziplock bag in another super air tight ziplock bag, stashed in the container. Do you think this is enough to stop the smell and prevent mold?

P.s: its going to be stashed in the bottle for another week or two, was meant to be smoked today but didn't get around to it.

  2. It would probably takes months for a properly cured bud to mold in an air tight container. As far as the smell, only you can be the judge of that. I would think so. I have around 4 oz. of 10 different strains in glass mason jars. Can't smell a thing. Some of these strains are several months old and 1 is over a year old. No mold.
