I have been thinking about growing for about a week now. First of all, I'd like to point out I live in a house with parents who are probably going to be against me growing, so it has to be mildly discreet. I have a basement I can probably use, but I will have to use a box and place the lights inside. What's the bare minimum this box's size can be? If I slip in a small, say, milkcrate sized box it will probably go unnoticed (Assuming I can hide the cord which would power lights), but not an eight foot tall monster box. Note: I dont intend to grow much. One plant at most, for myself and friends to use. I dont intend to sell. My questions: 1: Should I pursue this? Is it feasible I can get away with growing if I live in a house. 2: If I should, can someone please reference me to something I can read for very, very, very, small time growers? 3: What should I buy? From seeds, to lights, to fertalizer... Anuthing and everything I will need. Thanks.
HIGH All, welcome to THe City Mr Worm..me I'd think of growing outdoors instead of the rent's home first. Seeds of coarse are the first thing you need. I know TOO many people hear this but read of the plant you want to grow....like some of the links in my sig....read, read, read and when you thought you red everything read some more. HIGH All, yup and I'l kept saying it.........the thing is why even think of growing somewhere someone will find it...seems Phucking stupid to me..reading does a mind good and there is so much to learn.
well it sounds like if you would grow you would be doin it in a small amount of area so i would suggest looking up the sea of green method. In this method you jumpstart the plants flowering stage after the plants only reach around a foot. This way wont bring in much of a yield but if its just for yourself its good
MrWorm, I think your parents should be aware of what you are doing - it is totally unfair of you to carry out what is, not to mince words, a criminal activity in their house without their knowledge. You get caught, they get busted. Unless you live in an enlightened part of the world, that is, but you don´t give your location.
