Newbie Help

    I am preparing my first outside grow using Fox Farms Ocean soil. I plan on planting the seeds directly in the soil. I have read some articles that say that this soil is too hot for seedlings. Can someone please confirm if I can plant directly as I don't want to have to transplant.

    While I usually start with beginner pots, I have planted seeds directly into Ocean Forest and Happy Frog soil with no problems. Once they sprout, just make sure to keep the top soil damp.

    I've had 100% success rate with the following, before bed I drop my seeds in water that I set in the attic (nice and warmish) when I wake up I toss them in ffof soil mixed with a little extra perlite. I keep slightly moist.
    Few days later they sprout and I put them under light.
