  1. hi grass-city gang, not a lot to say right now apart from a big phat u.k hello,i'm just about to start my 1st grow in the next couple of days so ill be glad of any advice i'm a bit nervous but really looking forward to my new found hobby and all the benefits it will hopefully bring :hello:(should of started years ago) lol

my set-up is an under stairs closet measuring about 6 foot by 4 foot with a four inch flourescent tube on chains so i can higher the lighting as the plant grows and a standard light fitting that i will use in conjunction with the flouro

i have decent soil and a fertilizer for tomato growing,i gather tomato fertilizer is good for the plant

heat wont be a problem as im using flouro's and i got the benefit i can have the door open a lot.

in your opinion do i need to consider anything else?

anyway grass city i'm off for now all have a good un and ill post again when i get things moving,im not always at my pc as ill be singing to my closet to my plants :pso may take me 24 hours to reply to any reply posts

by the way my 1st grow will be with jack herer seeds,is there anything i need to know about this strain..

    virus

  2. what wattage flouros you using? i recommend eco-lite 125/200w.. gl

  3. The tomato fertilizer isn't necessarly the best for your plant. Is it organic or does it have chemical ferts?
Are you going to open and shut the door every time your lights turn on and off? Your grow room needs to be light tight during the dark cycle.

  4. yeah its all light proof and the door wont be opened in the dark periods

as for the fert i have im not exactly sure if its chemical or organic,(i will check)obviously organic is the better option but if it isnt organic is there anything i need to be careful of,all i know is its one of the best tomato ferts on the market,

    thanks for ya replys guys

    virus:)

  5. i have a lil experience growing indoors and it looks like u mite have a sucessful grow
    :hello:
but make sure that you dont spoil the plants too much.... and investing in a digi timer would b ideal for the 12/12 period unless your going to be home a lot

  6. cheers greenbud, ill keep ya posted
