This is my first attempt to grow. I have them in a safe place. They are now about 6 1/2 weeks old. I've added some pics to look at. I only started 5 seeds, and they all might be females . I'm not totally sure yet, but the pics might confirm it to someone who knows. The seeds are called "God's Haze". I'm planning to change to 12/12 in a week or so to start the flowering. Comments are welcome .
Those vegged out nice. I think your going to like your result. How much light you vegging those under? What you planning for flower?
Yep, they are starting to go crazy. I'm using one 1000W light. Flower? I'm not sure yet, I need to do some more reading on this site.
My girls are about 5.5 weeks old, a few days into 12/12. Those things you see in the maybe female pics aren't preflowers, just new growth. You should LST them
If thats an HPS just change the cycle to 12/12 and get some bloomin nutes. If its an Mh I think you can get an HPS conversion bulb. I thought LSTing was something you started early before the main stalk hardened... but I don't know much so...
He can still tie the top over and get light to the side. Tightening the string a little each day and it will come down. Just ge the top below the level of the main stem if you can, that will explode the bud growth to the side branches. If you think you're going to break it, stop.
I actually broke my main stalk clean in half, splinted it with 3 toothpicks, a piece of duct tape and 3 zip ties, it never missed a beat. The bandage is off now and you can't tell anything happened. amazing plants.
I do keep turning the plants each day to expose them to light on every side. I do like your idea though, and think I should try it on the tallest plant to see how it does.
they get much bigger when flowering twice the size id flower soon or space could become an issue. Is space an issue?
