New York state and Medical

    Does anyone know anything about this? I had seen it in a newspaper a few months ago and then it seems after Spitzer got his sound-bite he hasn't mentioned it. I've been dying to grow medical for peoples and it's an absolute joke that we don't have medical in supposedly the most liberal state. Not to mention there's Roswell Park in western NY, such a great cancer treatment facility and we can't get this simple status to help so many people.

    for people in a state with medical, how exactly was it started? was there a vote? etc.
