New York Medical Marijuana Bill Moves Forward

I'm having a hard time finding specific info on who NY will approve MMJ for. All I'm getting is HIV/AIDS patients, cancer patients, other illnesses such as that. But nothing in the pain department.

I do agree that those patients need it the most, but people who suffer from chronic pain and migraines need it too.
