New York considering going medical

    Yea this has been proposed before in NY and it tends to fail. Also the telegraph is notorious for mis-reporting the news and I could not find the article they referenced from the NYT. As of now this is just hearsay and if it were to become legalized, it would most likely be similar to New Jersey's medical weed laws (which are pretty restrictive).
