New Wooden Piece

    I just got a new wooden piece and wanted to know if wood is any good. I know glass is the best but Ive always wanted to try wood. Does anyone else have a wooden piece that they have used? I have posted a picture of my new piece here

    wood pipes are awesome
    the hits are harsh at first but once your throat gets used to it, it will be your best friend
    that looks like a really nice pipe
    have fun with it

    in cleveland we all bought wooden pipes from medic drug store. they're made for tobacco and they pack up a few grams. i kinda like them.... and yours looks real nice.

    Thanks to everyone that has responded. Im looking forward to trying it out soon. This is a dumb question but which one do you think will allow for the strongest hit?... A glass or wooden piece or a water bong?

    I had a pipe made just like that one, i got it in prague on vacation. the bowl on it screwed on so you could get to the area right below the bowl where resin tends to build fast, since it is thin in that area resin clogs it up in short time with good use of the piece. A buddy of mine tapped black woody pipes' to hard against the ash try-- trying to clean out a cashed bowl... I tried to save woody but the blow was leathal. DAMN i couldnt save him...WOOOOOOOOOOODYYYYrest in peace

    i replaced woody in a couple of daze.

    I also got mine on vacation in South America and my bowl also screws off and it is metal down there. Ill be sure to look out for the resin. Sorry about Woody :)

    hah misfit, that wooden pipe looks like a chess piece.. :D

    i got a new wooden chillum, it can hold cigarettes too but i don't want to mess up the resin buildup by using tobacco in it.. i've yet to break it in.. i bought it in coyoacan, mexico d.f... it was in this market that they open up in a central square and there's tons of stuff like t-shirts mostly and jewellery, pipes and papers, art, lots of cool stuff i wanna go back.!

    and i got my new lighter too that i bought off my cousin.. metal gas refillable lighter with a camel design on it.. it's tight.!

    i don't have a camera and the scan comes out really bad, you can't see jack shit so i'll have to wait to post pictures..

    Ive been to Mexico too. They have some nice ass pipes down there. I didn't go to DF but outside Cancun they have markets and plazas that only sell pipes and other related things. Heavan on Earth

    no mine doesn't have anything that covers the carb. where did you buy yours?
