    I went to Rockford two years ago. The whole downtown area was packed of people walking around, I think their might have been a festival going on. Looked like a pretty nice place, we were actually lost. We were looking for Byron, IL for the Byron Dragway. We didn't have a hotel room, we were down there for two days just pretty much driving around and smoking.. We saw that huge statue of a Native American by the river and then ended up driving past something that looked like a nuclear plant or something.

    it was probably the "on the waterfront" festival that goes on during the late summer/early fall.

    i used to live in indiana though before i moved here. lived there for 15 years. 765! :D
