Hello peeps. So I started some bloody skunk auto(outdoor) in fox farm soil and been feeding nutrients every other watering. I'm already on day 33 but they are under 6" tall and starting to bud. Is this normal or is there steps I should do to make them bigger. Also does that mean it will take longer then 56 days? Please help!!!! Thanks buds
If they started budding at 6 inch chance is they will top out at 12-18 inches after flowering stretch and probably have a few side branches. Since they are autos they probably be ready at around 2 months and though their small probably surprise you with up to a ounce each and the buds probably be really fat but mostly single. Also they still be highly potent and stinky. Even though their autos if it's your first I feel like you may be disappointed with yield but pleasantly surprised with quality. I know I couldn't believe my first autos. I'd never even imagined what they look like or produce even with my friends help. If they just started budding you probably harvest in 5-6 weeks. Good luck my friend Sent from my XT1030 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Auto size is very strain/breeder dependent. I'm normally a hydro grower, but decided to start a ShortStuff auto blueberry in a small pot with dirt, a bit of perlite, and a few clay pellets. The plant is about the same size as yours, bugs permitting. I'm not an outside grower, but it seems like the wind, sun, and rain make outdoor life rougher. For comparison, I've got another auto that's about the same age, and it's much bushier and healthier looking in hydroponics. Breeder harvest times are suspect, and it rare to have an auto finish before 10 weeks, and many take 12-14 weeks from seed.
