Well sadly I do not live in New Orleans but I am sure you'll have no problems finding some like minded people. Especially in our "weed culture" xd
Shouldn't be to hard to find weed, the drug scene down there is very live from my understanding. It isn't called the big easy for nothin. Great city the vibe is so nice.
