New to growing

  1. Hi I just started growing and I have a seedling that is about two weeks old right now and its growing rather nicely but it wont stand on its own. I had to support it with a twist tie. Is this natural at times or is there something wrong? Any advice will be greatly appretiated. Ill attach a pic as well.

  2. yeah take that support off... good natured as it was the plant fares a lot better on its own if it is left to fix itself... buryeing it a tad deeper is a good idea too tho

  3. Lookin good for 2 weeks. She will be a lot bigger in 1 more week.:)

I agree, take that support off. Its not necessary. In fact, you want the plant to move around a little in the breeze so the stems grow stronger.

  4. yep get a small fan in there, thats the best thing you can do to strengthen the stem, looks good

  5. I took your advice and took off the support and burried it deeper in the soil, it seems to be working great. Thank you all for your feedback and advice, its greatly appretiated. Ill be back with any problems I run across
