I live in a non medical state but still looking to take the risk. Now im am thinking, Get a 1000 for flower and a tent for it get a 400 watt MH for veg in a half smaller tent! Sound good? Im trying to save money but that shouldnt run up the bill more than 70 a month for them on at the same time at .12 a KwH. Also any good movies for super cropping, SOG, and those techniques, definetely going to use soil, dont want any chemicals in my plants at all so i will most likely keep it that way. I download torrents so if you know of any that explain these techniques mainly for getting more yield would be helpful to post a link !! THANKS
1000 watt -veg -18 hours a day = $67 per month - 24 hours a day = $ 90 per month 400 watt - flower - 12 hour a day = $ 17 per month this is your baseline cost....
