    Welcome to the forums.

I think you're trying to say FFOF "fox farms ocean forest "
It is a quality soil I use it myself

Now your plant is looking rather dark green to me which tells me its either being over watered and/or it has Nitrogen Overload.
    Transplant ASAP
My suggestion is to transplant into a larger pot 2-5 gal in foxfarms and use pure water ph 6.5 for a couple weeks allowing the plant to dry out a bit between waterings and allow the plant to use the nutrients in the soil

FFOF is chalked full of nitrogen with worm castings and other things which is good for up to a month prior to adding nutes

If you insist on nutrients use 1/4 recommend dose and properly ph 6.5 and pure water in between.
Remember cannabis likes to get thirsty between watering and feedings.
    Over water and they drown
Over feed and they frown and brown

    Happy Growing

  3. i haven't used any nutes yet, just been water with 6.0-6.5 PH when soil is dry which it dries completely every other day.

  4. Then definitely transplant soon

Is that an autoflower or photoperiod ?

If its an autoflower i suggest transplant it yesterday into a 5 gal wide or tall or even 3 gal depending on your space

If it's a photo you can go 1-2 gallon depending on how often you want to transplant and how big you want it before flowering

  5. Ok , first off, its FFOF (Fox Farms Ocean Forest). 2nd of all, your plants are too young to defoliate. Be careful. And 3rd yes, its time to transplant. Your plants look good. Thanks for sharing :)
