With time you'll be able to suppress the coughing. You'll still feel it in your lungs your just able to stop yourself from coughing. And some people just don't get red eyes

Some peoples eye get more red than others.. nbd.
 
I cough everytime I smoke, it's just a thing. Also, if you cough when you haven't smoked from awhile it's something else.

 

I find if im at home laying in bed stoned, my eyes get all red and squinty, but if u have things to focus on other than just being high, my eyes look fine

I use to be the same way when I first started smoking. My eyes would never be be red ,but I was really high. And I would practically cough up a lung!
Now my eyes my get red a'f and now I usually don't cough really at all.

 

You'll definitely get used to it, and be able to supress the cough like BugPoop said.
 
I never noticed a huge difference in my eyes either, so don't sweat that shit man. And yeah, I've been baked. I've been smoked to the point of immediate sleep.

My coughing has gotten worse and worse now it's to the point where I can't take monster rips anymore and I've only been smoking for 4 or 5 years. They say use a vape but I've never coughed more off anything in my life lol it feels like the vapor is turning to liquid in my lungs and I just can't breathe. Could be because my vape was $30 lol

How high do you have your vaporizer set? If it's too high you will cough bad cause your burning instead of vaping.

Yeah the coughing will eventually lessen as your lungs get more used to huge rips and the red eyes don't really matter. I can be so high I feel like I'm floating and my eyes won't be red at all. My eyes usually only get red when I smoke at night and are tired. Also, I've never used visine in 5+ years of smoking so I don't fully agree with the others that say you should have it, not saying it can't be useful though

The coughing should probably ease off the more you smoke, if you don't wanna cough maybe take smaller hits?
I don't think how red your eyes are are a measure of how high you are at all. It's actually pretty good that they aren't affected, less chances of suspicion. But I definitely agree, carry eye drops with you because you'll never know! And mints, just incase. Happy bonging!

2. That just means you don't need to buy eyedrops, which is a good thing.
