New smoker - Pickup

    Hey guys, I am a very new smoker and this is actually my first buy.

    Sorry I have no pictures right now =(

    I bought 3g of high grade mids, and am wondering if I got actually 3g. I know the dealer personally so I don't think he would rip me off but I can't be sure.

    It's in a little plastic wrap thing, it's about as long as my thumb and is probably 1.5x the width of a general thumb. It's packed tight with bud and I can smell it easy through the plastic wrapper thing it is in.

    So, judging from what I just said, you think it's 3g?

    I will try and get pics tonight, my camera is completely dead.

    Lol buy a scale. There is NO way we can know how much it is.

    If you get several pictures with a lighter for comparison and a detailed description on its density. Then we can give you a ballpark figure of how much it is.

    Its not going to be right though. Sure thing is buy a scale. You can get a small pocket one for 10 like bones.

    Post up pictures and purchase a scale.

    Don't get those hangy scales though, get an electronic one.

    There's a bunch that are cheap on amazon.

    Other than that there is no way you know how much you are getting unless the dealer weighs it out in front of you or you have your own scale.

    I'd seriously get one because when I first started off like you I didn't know my dealers were skimming me almost 2 grams each time I bought off of them. (I have legit connects though now)

    very hard for us to tell how dense or fluffy it is without pictures and a description. Never be afraid to have a dealer weigh it up for u

    Yeah.. Always have the dealer weigh it out in front of you.

    If he refuses then you know he's a scammer.

    Post up some picture so we can atleast get a general idea. (use a coin or something to compair sizes.)

    Dude, we need pictures to even get a ballpark estimate. Congrats on your first buy though!

    Its funny because the OP's description is better than half of the pictures on here. If your thumbs are as big as mine then you got yourself 3 grams. I have really big hands though.

    The only reason I didn't ask him to weigh it in front of me, is because I know him personally. But ya never know.

    Liq, my hands are big as well. I'll have to post pics, really the only for sure way. Other than a scale.
