from what i have been told jp and steve do 90% of the work, obviously the diffusion parts (gridlines, inlines, tree's ect..) and they have people for basic assembly and labeling (toro has someone for sandblasting).... don't take this for fact but it's as close to the truth that i can get out of anyone lol.
