New set up need advice

    Hey so my plants are one week old and today is the first day that I’ve turned on the viparspectra 450 Watts. Should I remove my CFL’s or keep them on with the spectra? I’ve been doing 18 on with the CFL’s and 6 off. And tonight I plan on keeping the spectra on for 12 hours. Just looking for any tips. Also I have another fan on the opening of the tent on the left, stems seem to be getting stronger daily. Air comes out of the top opening also not pictured. Is this ventilation sufficient or should I upgrade? If so what should I get?[​IMG]

    Your cfls look to be 2700k or flowering spectrum. You want 6500k or veg spectrum for your seedlings.
