    i got it at chokypipes.com

    theres a place where you can "design" your own, my pipe looks just like that except i told him to make it thicker. thats all.

    I like the frit work on the bowl, it looks nice.

    And it is probably production glass man, they usually make it thick. Just because it is prodo doesn't make it bad though, my china glass piece has lasted me nearly a year while I've broken more $40 pipes than I can count!
