alright so if your on house arrest do you get drug tested? even if it wasnt a paraphernalia charge? just wondering
depends on if they believe there is drug use.. they arnt going to waste the test on people they don't believe will come up positive. if you dont give them a reason to you should be fine.. be careful though its not a for sure thing. they can UA you at anytime if your on house arrest.
so basically if theres a reason for them to believe il come up positive then its possible, but its a risk either way?
