I hate to be the one..but this is the same kind of number manipulation that has been used against us in marijuana propaganda. Think about how much harder it is to prove rape(unless theres DNA evidence) than proving a drug case where they have physical evidence; the drugs. Dont get me wrong, the war on drugs wastes so much time and resources that should be spent on more urgent & important crimes, like rape. But that statistic in your post, which may be true, is misleading.
People like you lend genuine credibility for cannabis being a regulated drug. In fact people like you make me want to quit smoking weed altogether.
