New Michigan Laws? wtf?

Discussion in 'Marijuana News' started by jang707, Feb 8, 2013.

  1. They are talking about dispensaries only. Caregiver to patient is still fine. Michigan just doesn't want pot shops, because they didnt write a tax law on sales from dispensaries, and they are mad they arent getting a cut.

  2. Why wouldn't they just set up a tax? Thatd be much better for the government and for patients.

  3. Who the hell is going to.give someone free meds? On top of that, it's gonna br sketchy af for caregivers now...

  4. i must disagree! here on the west side of the state it nearly impossible to find a crappy bag! great bud at great prices. since the dispenceries closed, the street prices have dropped significantly while the quality has generally risen do believe due to the influx in dispensery demamd. i cannot wait to get my card!

  6. If he follows the law then most likely yes. Its only legal to sell to youe own patients now so the only way to recoup cost of growing woule be to charge for the meds. If he isnt following the law than he probably wont change much.
