I'm converting one of my garage cabinets into a grow cabinet. It's big enough to hold two 5 gallon pots with a plant in each. Short answer no. I mean it is possible but your probably going to be disappointed at the end. If your using 5 gallon pots which I think is about 20liter your goin to want big plants which a cfl just can't penetrate. Hope this helps.
Depends what's your ventilation like? Maybe a 250w hps? You'd be alot happier with end results in my opinion. Just got to control temps that hps will cause.
