    I'm guessing as soon as you set it down the water goes right out the stem?

    no, but almost.
    it's difficult to be able to get the stem at a severe enough angle.
    i think i need to go back and make the hole in the bottle stretched vertically.
    i think it might be able to tilt better then.

    Yeah, thats the main challenge with home-made pieces. Did you use a glass drill to get the original whole or what?

    O I have no clue what that is lol. I would suggest you pick up a glass drill bit and just try to drill in at the steepest angle you can get.

    how much do they cost?
    i'm currently unemployed,
    and i'd rather spend my money on bud...
