ok so i am not a new grower but i am new to drying and curing and i was wondering how long can i hang the plant for? and around how long will it take to hang then put in paper bags then cure in jars?
from what I've learned, you should hang for 5-7 days, and then cure for as long as you like, but the longer you cure, the smoother the smoke. I cure in glass canning jars, and they say for the first week or 2 you should burp the jars for 5-7 min each time, a couple times a day, then after that, a couple times a week. dont put in cure until the stems snap rather than bend. again, this is just what i read, i'm in the middle of curing now, and this is the advice i've followed. good luck man!
