New Hampshire had two bills in the works, heard on the 20th of January, one to change the the penalty for possession of a small amount, another for legalization. Unfortunately, I can't find out what happened to these bills after the 20th, and I don't know if they're still alive or not. Does anyone have any information?

If you live in New Hampshire, make sure you send letters to your Representatives, to let them know you support legalization!

  2. Already sent them letters man. But I'm looking for more info on them as well, will post here if I find anything.

Great news! I wonder when the next vote or whatever on it is going to be.

This shit pisses me off though. The letter is full of lies and slander. " In addition, employees who use drugs are only two thirds as productive as non-users, and their use contributes to increased thefts, damaged equipment, and other unnecessary costs in the workplace. "

  5. Yea...

And btw your sig is way too big.

  6. Yea that letter is bullshit, but idk how many people will see that. But as for the next voting date I've been emailing Rep. Joel Winter's who sponsor's bill HB 1653 or 1652. The thing is he emailed me back about it and said he's a co-sponsor of hb 1653 which will legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana. But that's HB 1652, not HB 1653. 1653 is about decriminalizing possession of less than 1/4 oz.

I also asked him about the next voting date, and am waiting for a response. Will keep updated.

  7. Well Winters is cosponsor of 1652, not 1653. At least according to the legislation on NH's website. So did he just get mixed up?

  8. I think he did, I asked him as well if he meant 1652. He also said it was going to be in voting Wednesday. And I asked if he means this coming Wednesday, because I know they just voted the 20th, and on the 27th it was voted for interim study, so I didn't think it would be that fast.

  9. I love that you can actually speak to your Rep. That's a big thing. Hopefully it's this Wednesday. If it just passed 16-2, it'd be best to keep the ball rollin, wouldn't it?

  10. Yea it would. And I think if the vote on passing it was 8-10, and the interim study was 16-2, then that at least means, or IMO, they still want to look into it and eventually pass it, but not till after the study.

  11. Ah, right. That makes sense.

  12. Check out this article The Eagle Tribune put out on the matter. I actually posted a comment under the alias of john1010, and no my name is not john.

  13. Ah, you used facts from The Union, if I'm not mistaken? Awesome man.

  14. You are correct sir. Watched it again today. :hello:

  15. yo dude do you live in pelham?

  16. No, and once again, your sig is too big dude. Also you can't have a picture & text, one or the other.

  17. I always liked New Hampshire. It's a good libertarian state. It sucks that medical marijuana didn't pass last year, hopefully the governor won't veto it this year (if it passes).

He will veto it every time it ends up on his desk, that's an unfortunate fact. But if 2/3 of the senate votes in favor of it then that over rules his punk ass and will be passed. Bam.

    Check here as to why.

  19. Hey guys check this out, found this while doing some deep research.

    HERE.
It says the floor date for the house of reps is the 3rd of this month. Does that mean that this is when the house of reps will be voting?
