are those 100w CFLs or 100w equivelant light? make sure they are daylight bulbs... the best would be 6500K, but 5000 or 5500K will do for veg. if your not sure look on the base/ballast it should be imprinted
they are day light bulbs andyes they are 100w cfls not equivlent should i add worm casings to my my soil mix hgot some regular potting soil perlite and i was gonna ad some worm casing for the nitro increase
