New Grower questions about pruning

Hi There, first off wanted to let you all know I have searched the forum, found many appropriate threads, however, I dont understand all of the terminology and am quite nervous with this being my first grow and want to make sure I do it right...

I would like to create more bushy wide plants, height could be an issue later on.

I think I am onto my 4th leaf set though I am only 2 weeks into Veg. I would like to top the plant as it appears that is one of the best ways to create horizontal growth.

so... First off, am I indeed on my 4th leaf set? if so, is now the time to chop off 80% of the top growth? My other concern is both the 4th and 5th leaf set appear to be coming out of the top shoot (see pic 2), do I want to chop any of the 5th set? it seems it will be hard to chop 80% of 4th leaf set without effecting the 5th set. should I just wait another day or two so the 4th set is longer and easier to cut while avoiding the 5th set?

the germinated seeds went into soil 2 weeks ago today, IM using a 400 Watt MH, How do they look?

What I dont know is if I am on the 4th/5th set of leaves yet

i.e. what does a "set of leaves" consist of?

one set= a main leaf with two side leaves
or
one set = the growth on both sides of the stem... 2 leaves both with little leaves on their sides...

Mister2 thanks for the picture...so looks like my 3rd set is almost as big as the 2nd. The 4th set is starting to grow with the 5th having just appeared this morning...
