Hi guys I'll planning on doing my first small grow. I have a odd shaped storage room in my apartment measuring 3×12 I have a chance to buy 3 blackdog photomax 2 200 for 1000 Canadian. I've been reading mixed reviews about the lights and was wondering if I'd me better off buying a newer kit or doing a DIY light. I was looking at the horticulture 260watt quantum boards. Two of these would be a couple hundred cheaper than the deal on the black dogs. I would like to keep the lighting under 1000 Canadian. I'm open to any suggestions on lights with a max budget of 1000 Canadian. As far as the room goes I'm open to suggestions on how many plants and and ideas on a system to use. I dont think I'd need to use the whole 12 foot so I'm think maybe doing two lights over a 3x6 area. Thanks for any input.
I like my raymatix. I think they are adding a 200W single module option but they are kinda set up for 4x4 and 4x8 grows. But with the odd shape I'd maybe use Quantum boards.
