New Grower, How am I doing?

Hey guys 1st time poster long time reader, on my first "proper" indoor grow and was just wondering what you guys think. I'm about 3.5 weeks into flower. This started as a bag seed experiment, my father grew some aweful weed outdoors and I wasn't convinced it was the genetics of the plant and was grower error. I feel like things are going well one of the plants is vastly different from the other 2 but came from the same bag of weed. Yes there is a definite lack of light. I'm using one philizon 1000w cree cob led rig(actually only 245w) I ordered 2 and then the whole covid thing happened so my 2nd one never came then I was told they were out of stock. Also I think its just the one plant that stretched it appears to be a sativa type plant but the other 2 are shorter and bushy might be light stretch plus genetics but they came from the same bag seeds so Im not sure why they look so different.

 

Hey just thought I'd post a little update. One of the plants grew a couple male flower on the lower part of the plant. I tried to pull them off was successful with one but the other popped and pollinated the plants a bit. I decided to keep going to see how they would turn out. Added 2 new small lights to even out the canopy
