So I have set up a stealth grow box. Went to home depot and bought some vanity cabinet and put plywood on the top and back and painted the inside and top with pure white paint. Ill post pics in my next post. So today I am putting on the hinges of the back door and installing the center divider. My only problem is how I am going to install my lights so they can move up and down on both sides. I have 2 100watt 2700k lights and 2 100 watt 5500k lights. I plan on growing 4 plants. I dont know what to buy, such as a sliding tray of some sort which can hold the lights at different heights, or does it matter that much? My box has the measurements 26" high, 18" deep, and 24" high. I am trying to get as big a yield as possible. Will it even matter for a grow this size to move the lights up and down? Even then Im not even sure how to install these lights inside the box, none of the videos I have seen have explained that specifically. Any help would be much appreciated.
You should knock out that divider, doors? should still work. For your lights just drill a hole in the top for the wire and hang. Make a reflector out of big juice cans.
I'd either hard mount the lights to the top and move the plants instead...which is what I'd suggest. Or mount the lights to a strip of wood that hangs on chains that you can adjust. 'dogchain' is much cheaper then regular chain btw
