    Transplanted the remaining 6 this morning. Odd, but when I pulled them there was no root wrapping around the outside of the container, however they had LONG hairy roots at the very bottom twining their way around the hydroton at the bottom that I used to allow for drainage. All visible roots looked EXTREMELY healthy. Pics below.

    HEY!!!  I just noticed this....you raise your veggers the same way I do in my Veg Room.....plywood & coffee cans!!!  Same kinda coffee too!  LOL   Master Chef from Walmart, yes????......such a smart Boy......LMAO!

    Why yes it is master chef. Cheap and tastes good. And I have a 40 cup Hamilton Beach coffee brew station so I can't exactly go buy the most expensive thing on the market as much as I would like to and yeah that's the best way to raise your height towards your life instead of lowering the lights

    I can't tell the difference between that & Folgers.....I buy 2-3 cans every trip to Wally World....$5.67 a can (I think that's right)  & Folgers is double, if not triple, that price....see, I knew you were smart....LOL

    You are correct we buy about 2 cans everytime we go to Walmart and I agree with you I can't tell the difference between that and folders either. If I'm going to buy expensive coffee I usually have it sent from California by a friend that works at a coffee shop as a bean roaster and the shit is good. And yes $5.67 a can is exactly right. I want spring too lol. And I think you're just a little bit smarter than me

    Here are pics taken just a few minutes ago. Im worried about the condition of some of them, although I honestly dont care too much. I am merely growing them for the hell of it. It seems like all my grows get screwed over some way or another, so I dont want to put faith in this. I do see some hook leaves on one of the plants, and its slightly odd. These plants are just over a month from seed. Think they should be bigger or is that about right? I havent been under or overwatering and my temps only get to about 65 F at night, and rarely higher than 78 F in the day. I feel theyre just problematic, and that new soil could remedy a lot of my problems. Ahh well. Ill work with what i have until I can buy new stuff.

    I also have Gevalia delivered to my door....Crème Brulee, Pumpkin Spice, German Choc., yummmmm....I'm a coffee freak!

    That soil is bunk. you need to feed is what it looks like. does the water just wash right threw?

    Yeah sometimes. But only because I run about 60% perlite in my mix. I've done grows with ONLY perlite as a medium and they still absorb nutes with no probs. I have reused this soil a LOT though because I just can't afford ANY more soil...not eve MG. I'm guessing ph problems...maybe. possibly micronutes.
