Im new to growing i just want to know if my plamt is doing ok. Im using a 2 ft t5 cfl. And my plants a little over a week old from sprouting. im using organic potting mix
Your plant looks fine. One thing I like to do when the plant gets real tall like that. I like to add more soil to the pot, another inch or two of soil around the plant will help it be more stable. Lowering the light to 1/2" from the plant will help reduce this upward stretch. I hope this was helpful.
Thank you i just added more soil and lowered it ill keep you updated on this thread if you can let me know how its doing through the veg process. I have done a lot of reading on this i just would like help from people who really know what they are doing. I want to put mylar in the closet in about a week do you think its worth the money?
anyone know what kind of bug this is or how i can prevent it? I only saw one and took it out of the room and killed it Sent from my SM-G920V using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Get neem oil and since it I a seedling do not water the plant or soil itself but than spray a mixture of neem and water around the plant and on the pot itself to deter any other pests.
Should i use that oil and water mix on the plant through the whole grow am And stop at blooming or just as a seedling? Sent from my SM-G920V using Grasscity Forum mobile app

Dam bugs, I've got same problem on some cuttings I've taken but they look like white fleas. They jump just like a flea, I managed to get hold of two of them with some needle nose pliers. Anyone know a good organic pesticide?
