It wasn't too bad on the salt.

I usually use "Egg Beaters", southwestern style. Makes delicious omelets.
Here are some instructions with pictures:

Get pan...pour a little extra virgin olive oil in bottom -- Good fats, prevents omelet from burning + makes it cook much faster, gives it a crispiness as well

Let the oil heat up for a bit...3 minutes should be good.

Pour a layer of egg beaters in (or just use mixed up real eggs)

Let the omelet cook for a minute or so...add cheese + pepperoni (or any other toppings you desire -- sausage, ham, veggies, etc) to 1 side of omelet.

Let cook for a few minutes -- make sure the bottom of the omelet does not get burnt (use a spatchula to check occasionally) -- once a good majority of the egg is cooked you can flip one side onto the other to make the omelet.

"Push out" excess uncooked egg in the middle let it cook on the outer edges of the omelet

Let the one side cook a little...then flip to the other side, add more toppings + cheese.

Put the omelet on a cookie sheet/pizza pan,etc with no stick spray or olive oil lining where the omelet will be.

Apply a generous amount of pizza sauce on the top...spread even with your spatchula.

Preheat oven to 400ish...pop that sucker in the oven for 12-16 minutes, take it out. You may have to add more pizza sauce.

You can skip the oven and use a microwave (to simply melt the cheese + heat up the toppings on top) if you are lazy -- this will not taste as good, though.

    Finished result:
